it should have been called...it was clearly a penalty...there was also a horsecollar tackle that was ignored...and a helmet ramming(what is that called??) that was "missed".....

the NFL rule states that ther must be a grabbing and twisting of the face mask. I'm not sure whether this passes that test or not. But, since I am a Chicago Bears fan, I don't really care!
